The Simpsons jump the shark?

I feel terrible saying this, but the episode of the Simpsons on Sky the other day was bad. Pretty bad. Bad enough that Jason said that it felt like they had jumped the shark. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jumping_the_shark And I agreed. I couldn't believe it. It was the episode where Lisa becomes a hive (yes) for bees. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Burns_and_the_Bees I actually gave up watching it. I've never done that with the Simpsons. However, I don't think it's as serious as jumping the shark. I'm putting it down to one bad episode. See the things that keep me up at night. I'll be devastated if the Simpsons get to the stage that they become rubbish and don't realise.
